Rentzie collects personal information when you use our listing services. For example, when you register with Rentzie, we ask for your name, zip code and email address. Afterwards, to enroll in a subscription plan that allows you list a house with us, we may ask for your phone number(s), billing address and credit card information. Rentzie may combine information about you with information we obtain from suppliers, business partners, or other companies. In addition, Rentzie automatically receives and records information in our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you requested. This information does not necessarily enable us to personally identify you.

Rentzie uses your personal information for the following purposes: To verify your authorization to access certain features of the site, to fulfill your requests for products and services, to personalize and customize the content and relevant subscription services that you are offered, to contact you, to improve our services, and to provide reporting.

Cookies
Rentzie sets and accesses cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data that Rentzie’s servers transfer to your browser and that only Rentzie’s servers can read. When you visit the site, the cookie captures specific session data to streamline your experience and, if you select to save your member name and password, Rentzie will save this information in a cookie so that you will not be required to sign in each time you visit the site.
